MANUEL-TURIZO
Manuel Turizo (full name Manuel Turizo Zapata) is an urbano and reggaeton singer songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Colombia whose trademark is his smooth buttery tenor singing voice. His international success has seen him break into mainstream Latin music. Una Lady Como Tu, the song that he released in 2016, won the Colombian Kids Choice Award in 2017 for the Best Song. In Medellin, Sony distributed La Industria Inc. and then released ADN for his debut full-length album. The album reached the top of the charts at number eight on the Top Latin Albums charts. Vaina Loca was one of the Top Five hit of Ozuna's Top Five album in 2007, saw him join Ozuna. In 2020, he collaborated with Noriel on Mala Influencia and dropped the album Dopamina that year. Later in 2021 he performed the duet for TINI's streaming smash track Maldita Foto. An album release in 2023 with the massively popular La Bachata. Turizo is a musician who was born into a musical family. His mother and brother were both musicians. In his interviews, he's talked about playing music as an obligation. As a child, he studied the guitar and saxophone. Although his first career choice was becoming veterinarian but his brother Julian advised him to begin taking singing lessons from a Cuban. The lessons transformed his life forever.
